Donald William Aitken started out as a sole-practitioner following a successful career as an engineer with the State Electricity Commission of Victoria.
48 years later, DWH Aitken and Associates Pty Ltd has grown and developed into a diversified building design consultancy firm.
Our services include practical building design, structural engineering design and building surveying expertise.
Our experienced team lends expertise to all types of buildings including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality and educational.
We provide concept design, building design, documentation for tender and permits, structural engineering design and documentation through to contract administration, coordination and supervision. We also provide building surveying regulatory assessments and other related building surveying and inspection services.
We can effectively provide our clients a 'one-stop' service, from building concept through design, construction and occupancy.
We have proven experience in all types of building design from large commercial projects of value to $5 million through to small residential alterations and additions.
